150g butter
150g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar (approx. 8g)
1 pinch salt
zest of one unwaxed lemon
2 eggs
50ml milk
25g cornflour
225g flour
10g baking powder
1 jar of sour cherries (375g)
225g chocolate chips

Steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 175°C on the Quarter Steam + Heat function.
2.
Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and the zest of one unwaxed lemon.
3.
Add eggs and cream together again.
4.
Mix the cornflour, flour and baking powder and fold into the mixture with the milk.
5.
Drain sour cherries and fold into the mixture with the chocolate chips.
6.
Put the mixture into the paper cups in the muffin tray and put in the oven for 40 minutes.
