Ingredients
250ml milk
370g coconut milk
6 eggs
120g sugar
1 tin mangoes, drained and pureed
Steps
1.
Preheat the oven to 85°C on the full steam function.
2.
Mix the milk with the coconut milk.
3.
Lightly beat eggs and sugar and add to the coconut milk.
4.
Fill the mini pudding basins with the mixture.
5.
Add 400ml of water to the drawer and cook for 35 minutes.
6.
After cooking, turn out onto a plate and decorate with the mangoes.
