Quarter Steam + Heat function
Serve with steamed veggies and rice.
4 Chicken legs, 250g each
250g crème fraiche
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon curry
½ teaspoon pepper
250g sliced tinned mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 200°C on the Quarter Steam + Heat function.
Clean the chicken legs and place in a roasting pan.
Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour over the chicken legs.
Place in oven and cook for 55 minutes
